Rubber baby buggy bumpers...they continue to put rubber bumpers on vehicles and have no idea how to paint them so they keep peeling. Paint will adhere if the surface is sanded/scratched-but they take it direct from mold and put on vehicle and throw some paint on it. "Just make it-consumers HAVE to buy it...we'll fix the few that complain...saving tons of $$$!
