The contact owns a 2004 Mercury Sable. The cowl on the windshield has become warped and is failing. The failure allows water to leak into the vehicle. The weather caused the failure and the cowl has been previously replaced twice. The dealer stated that the contact would have to pay for any future repairs. The failure mileage was 25,000 and current mileage was 27,000.
