15 amp brake light fuse continously blowsout so when vehicle is driven. Other drivers have no indication that vehcile is braking. Dealer cannot identify the cause.

When driving the brakes don't come on and when turning on the headligh don't come on. Consumer had brake lights fixed five times, and the right side works whenever it wants to. The dealer can't determine the problem.
