I bought the car NEW in 2013. Had a slight issue communicating on the first smog. Was told by dealer that is was no big deal. This is the second smog and now there's no communication. I was told that by DMV Emissions that it should be covered since it's a "new" car. Called dealer and was told it would be $200 diagnostics fee plus cost of fixing. This is frustrating since the car is only 3 yrs old. I'm the first and only owner/driver. Extremely frustrated.
