Dealer said they had a part that was going to fix the car and could we sit and wait while they put it on. I took the car home and in 5 days after we bought it home, we had multiple warning lights. Called the dealer and said we wanted to bring the car back. Also called the lender and told them there were multiple problems. Dealer picked the car up from our house and took it to Dreyer-Reinbold, a Mini dealer in Indianapolis, and they said problems were $4,230.00 dollars to repair. Dealer picked it up from them and said they would repair it. They have had it for a month and twice they were going to bring it back to us and both times they had to take it back to their repair shop.

It has been a month and now today they were going to bring it to us and it would start now. They don't know what they are doing and now the problems are worse than before because the car was running and now it isn't the Dealer is Hubler in New Castle, IN. We have asked Russ Hubler to call us so we can settle this, but he refused. Now no one from there will call us. We have paid cash for the car, they have the car and are not doing anything to settle the problem. They had to know about the problem when we bought the car, because they were putting a part on that they said it was to fix it.

I think I got taken by Mini of Ontario.Ca. Called Mimni of America and talked to them twice and now they will not return my calls. how can a valve go bad at this low mileage.I have the old cover and hose that they replaced and the cover does not look the same as the original and the hose does not have the protected webbing for heat protection. In the earlier part of the month I had the valve cover gasket replaced and it was leaking oil again, I took it back to mini of Ontario and that's when they told me the valve cover and the hose had to be replaced.I believe that I was Taken by the dealer.
