I came out to my car after a small amount of snow fall to find both windows slightly down. I cursed myself initially assuming my fault.

The unlock button on the key was able to lower the windows if you held it down. I assume it must have been from being caught in my pocket some how.

I went into work, came back out later and the windows were fully down. I went home parked went back and forth examing the car, even took pictures to prove I wasn't insane. And routinely throughout the night went outside to examine the car. After about 4hours I went out on my 50th check and sure enough found the windows partly down.

I dropped off the car explaining the unique situation. They reset the car's computer and assumed it taken car of. I wasn't able to pick up that night, so they kept it. They came back to work to find the windows down. They called and said they needed far more time with it.

They did multiple computer resets. And finally they had me pick up the car. The windows never redid the issue but I was never fully sure it wouldn't happen again.
