The following repairs were performed:
1) Replaced the timing chain tensioner and the seal ring (per recall):
Cause: The timing chain tensioner surface which contacts the seal ring mating surface is not machined correctly.
2) Replaced the auxiliary water pump for the turbochargers with an improved pump:
Cause: The circuit board inside the auxiliary coolant pump can short circuit.

The cause was due to multiple misfire faults and 02 sensor ageing fault S found for post CAT 02.
