My car is in the shop to repair this same issue again after 10,000 miles. either not properly repaired or used used faulty parts. There is a known issue with this and a law suit I found on this site. I feel reasonably certain either the dealership or BMW will take care of this via goodwill. I love my car but this is very scary and needless to say upsetting with only 42,000 miles on the car.
