Brake pads failed and replaced.

Brake pads failed, causing vibration when applied.

Rotors on the vechile continue to warp because the brakes are overheating. Rotors and pads have been replaced at least (6) or (7) times since purchasing the vehicle on 7/8/95. Calipers, rotors and pads replaced on 2/21/96 at 34,000 miles.
