3 tires failed in 1 year -- tread completely separated from outer sidewall (can put your hand inside). In most recent failure, a nail was found to have penetrated tread, causing the air to escape prior to tire failure. Separation runs 360 degrees around the tire. (dot number: M612 ener tiresize: P205/55R16)
