Transmission shifts very poorly into the second gear when vehicle is cold. It was already rebuilt 4K miles ago and now it starts to fail for the seocnd time, dealerships refuse to do anything about it stating that they can not reporduce the problem. Recall#01V011001/ manfacturer's recall SR01-005. Consumer took vehicle to dealer for recall repairs. Dealer didn't have parts, and told consumer to call back within a couple of days.when consumer called back parts still were not in.

Gear was stuck in the second or third gear due to a loose hydraulic line which caused clutch fluid to leak, almost resulting in a crash. Dealer had to tighten the part.
