The contact owns a 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor. The contact stated that the vehicle was serviced under NHTSA campaign id number 10V065000 (fuel system, gasoline: Storage: Tank assembly: Filler pipe and cap). After the repairs, the contact discovered that the fuel tank had failed, causing a gasoline fuel leak. The fuel tank assembly was replaced. The manufacturer was contacted about the failure.
