The defroster switch does not switch the air to defrost my windshield. This is very dangerous when I will not be able to defrost my windows in the winter. When turned to defrost it blows out of the other air vents.

For over a year now water has been leaking onto my driver side floor from the A/C. I've had it looked at by a mechanic due to there not being a dealership w/N over 100 mile radius of me and it is a design flaw and not a warranty issue. I've checked several tsb and online Mitsubishi forums and they all state the same thing. There don't appear to be any resolving solutions to this issue either short of ripping apart my vehicle to possibly solve the problem and reinstall tubing that should have been used in the first place. Developing health complications and mold exposure due to a design flaw is not something I'm trying to risk. Nothing happened to my vehicle...there was no damage or anything of the sort. All a sudden water started pooling on the driver side when ever the A/C would run.
