May, 98; consumer experienced difficulty in steering at 47,000 miles. Mitsubishi dealership could not find a problem, consumer took vehicle to mechanic and had the brakes replaced, and the power steering fluid was leaking over into a boot that made the steering hard. Also, rack and pinion needed to be replaced. Mitsubishi dealers said there was a nation wide back order. Please add VIN. Number.
