Consumer was entering inside of parking lot and turned left, but left driver's side wheel fell off in street. Dealership was notified. Mechanic told consumer that left upper ball joint needed to be replaced. Left upper ball joint was replaced by recall 00V421001 last year. But currently this vehicle was not covered by recall.

When coming to a stop and upon depressing brake pedal, the rear of vehicle fishtailed due to upper ball joints popping out of position. Consumer has contacted the dealer, dealer has yet to replace parts.
