NHTSA# 99 V 305 001/headlamp windshield wiper switch: Consumevehicle is having a problem with windshield wipers not operating. Problem did not occured until recall repairs were done at dobbs bro's Mitsubishi in memphis, tn. Phone# 901/795-3400. Dealer was notified, and stated that electrical sending unit needed to be replaced at consumer cost. Asking NHTSA to assist in this matter. Feel free to provide any further information.
