Canadian winters are bad and having a car that wont heat up unless moving makes them worse. I am unable to just sit in the car and have it warm up. I'm a patient guy and dont expect it to warm up instantly but on average 10 minutes to start giving warm air, I consider that bad. Also I have to be driving for it to actually produce warm/ hot air. If Im just sitting in the car with the heat on I'll get luke warm at best, I barely feel it getting warmer. In the summer the same just replace hot with cold air.
