The contact owns a 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer evolution equipped with dunlop direzza sport zi tires, tire size 255/35R18. The contact was driving approximately 65 mph when a loud flapping noise was heard from outside of the vehicle. The contact continued driving at a reduced speed.
