Lancer Evolution 4-cyl

Bad injector caused cylinder failure or valvr constant valve tick. Blown spark plugs caused piston meltdown or changing of spark plugs every 20K miles transmission is notty will not go into gear sometimes, diff pins in transmission just come out and the car will not go into any gear. Here is a poll thats on the forums for the evo's view poll results: Evo X transmission problem poll notchy, grinding, or difficult to engage gears (all the time) 471V otes 41.72% notchy, grinding, or difficult to engage gears (only when car is cold) 389 votes 34.46% difficult to engage reverse gear (cold or warm) 79 votes 7.00% no problems at all 190 votes 16.83% voters: 1129. Lancer Evolution

The smell of gas fumes while driving coming from a 2010 Mitsubishi evolution touring. This happens either with the ac on or off, while standing in traffic or doing the speed limit or driving on the highway. The smells cause is not determined by any non-Mitsubishi mechanic nor a Mitsubishi mechanic. Getting dizzy because of the gas fumes coming from the car is a danger to the drivers, his or her company in the car and any person on the road.

Lancer Evolution

The contact owns a 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer evolution gsr. The contact stated that while driving approximately 5 mph, an extremely strong odor of fuel emitted inside of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer on two separate occasions for the same failure; although the first time the technician was unable to duplicate the failure and the second time they smelled an extensive fuel odor. The dealer does not know where the failure originated and did not have a remedy. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 11,500.
