4wd system service required light is on

Bought car in July 2013 brand new, I don't drive it hard or aggressively. Keep garaged and well taken care of. Suddenly the 4WD SYSTEM SERVICE REQUIRED light came on right after starting it.

Took to dealership they checked and inspected. Also scanned and documented DTCS, cleared and reset. Can bus A & B check out ok. Inspected Awd system, transfer case, pump checks out ok. They told me the diagnosing they did not covered by warranty and charged me $257 that day and can't figure out why and cannot clear the code. Told me to leave another 6-8 hours at $119 a hour, or return to stock, or take to aftermarket installer.

Took aftermarket specialist and they can't seem to figure it out what's wrong either.

I have a blackvue front and rear camera, interior led lights under dash, AEM gauges, ETS exhaust, test pipe, ETS 3in fmic, ETS cold air intake & UIPC, & Solleci dual horns.

Update from Apr 4, 2016: Took to aftermarket installer they found a plug/sensor loose and tightened it. (i believe it was fog light plug)under the radiator shelf. Problem fixed within 15min. Sadly dealership never checked that after explaining everything that took place prior to light coming on.
