While going about 25-30 mph a dog ran out in front of consumer. Driver applied brakes but they failed, causing loss control, vehicle hit a parked car and neither air bag deployed. Consumer was injured and sustained about $6000 worth of damage to automobile. Dup 0F 516531, added on 25-Feb-98.
