Samsung phone says it is connected. Click on entertainment system to connect and it comes back "connection failed". The only way can reconnect is uninstall the phone and reprogram from the beginning. I lose all saved information when i do this. Iphone music will not play through Bluetooth. Again have to disconnect the phone and reconnect from start. Very frustrating, most days just drive without these features. But I am very annoyed I paid for these features with my new car in April. Dealership says it must be my phone because they cannot get the problem to duplicate. I am not getting what I paid for!

Mitsubishi Multi Entertainment System: I first complained to dealership about people not being able to hear me when we were on the phone. I've had it to the delearship more than 4 times. My phone won't stay connected! My granddaughter can't keep her music connected. Samsung and Iphone. I paid for this accessory and it won't work! Dealership says it must be my phone. They can't get the problem to duplicate for them. I can't reconnect my phone. I have to take it in to the dealership, they play with it til it's reconnected. The very next day it is disconnected again! Most of the time we are just frustrated and don't complain. I went more than 3 months without complaining. Now they just say it must be your phone.
