Outlander XLS 3.0L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 20,000 miles

1) the driver seat trim is a completely a design problem.

2) the paint was poor. For a 2.5 years old car, paint chips off everywhere around the car.

3) fog lenses cover is made of cheap glass. A small rock(size of a ball pen tip's ball) hit through the driver side lense.

4) the warranty is a joke. They either do not cover your problem or you have to fight a lot to get it covered. Even they cover it, the dealer will give you a hard time on it. Such as fixing a small problem will cost your one day and they do not provide ride. Your car is actually seating on their parking lot for over 90% of the day.

In all, I am a30 years old person, I chose the Mitsubishi in the beginning because the third row seating for a relatively small size viechel in dimension. I was also motivated by the 10 year warranty. All my friend told me Mitsubishi has poor quality. I did not listen. Now I learned, I will never buy a Mitsubishi in the rest of my life for any reason.
