plastic covers for the rear seat latches have broken off

The plastic covers for the rear seat joints(?) have broken off on both sides. It looks very ugly. They had broken off once right before we bought the car (used) and were replaced by the dealer, but within a couple of months had broken off again. Also, various other plastic covers have broken off under the seats.
