Outlander ES V6

Engine light goes on and off. Had it scanned, temp sensor is the issue but it clear itself. Vickar Mitsubishi will not fix even if it is under warrant. I have had my car for 8 months and in the last 2 the engine light has come on 5 times. Looks like a lemon.
