So the dealer said the nozzles are not adjustable and that's the way it is.

Water just catches the outside edge of the glass, and if the car is moving then it does not stay on the glass. I took a thick piece of foam door gasket rubber 3 inch long and glued it to the window to redirect the spray and it works great - until you go through the car wash & lose the rubber.
