Outlander SE 2.4L I4

When I start the car the radio sometimes does not startup it stays black and powered off. When this happens I have no radio, no backup camera, no Bluetooth. In the last 3 months this has happened 6 times. I have video proof of the radio not working on 2 different occasions. The dealership has installed 2 different firmware updates. Now they are taking the radio out to see if it is a loose connection. Yesterday my radio just froze up. And stopped producing sound. Its a pain to constantly have to take my vehicle to the dealership for an entire day to have them try to diagnose the radio. Replacing the radio is not even been considered at this time. Thank god the vehicle is still under warrenty.
