Brakes went clear to the floor when new Mitsubishi Outlander driver tried to stop. He was unable to avoid hitting me. I was stopped to make left turn. Knocked out by impact. I didn't see it coming from behind me. He said he only had the vehicle less than a month. Still had temporary plate. He was supposed to take a bunch of boys on a road trip the next day! What if brakes had failed on the freeway? !!
