2020 Outlander, 2.4L, approx 78,000KM

We don't get a lot of hot weather but recently it went above 30 degrees Celsius. It was this day I noticed the touch screen in my Outlander was unresponsive to touch, the steering controls still worked but your limited to the controls. another night while driving home and the pavement was damp, the radio began to navigate the stereo on its own, changing radio stations, save presets, went into the vehicle settings. there are videos I have to show this happening I just don't have them uploaded. The dealer says they could not duplicate the issue and that its recommended to replace the head unit, costing 2300 canadian for the head unit, not sure the overall price for install. I'm still within the warranty by date but over on kilometers so they wont help me out.
