My name is Sandra Marinas and I am truly upset. I bought my vehicle last year 0 miles. VIN is JA4J4UA86PZ059395 . I BROUGHT MY VEHICLE IN TO 2700 Australian Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33405 YESTERDAY TO HAVE THE LOCK FIXED ON DRIVER DOOR, TPMS FIXED AND THE RADIO /NAVIGATION WASN’T WORKING RIGHT. I WAS CALLED THIS MORNING TO SAY ALL IS FIXED BUT THE RADIO/ NAVIGATION HAS TO BE REPLACED AND ITS COMING FROM CHINA AND I HAVE TO BE PUT ON A WAITING LIST FOR ONE AND THEY DON’T KNOW HOW LONG IT WILL BE TO GET A NEW ONE WHICH IS UNNACCEPTABLE. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO RIDE IN A BRAND NEW CAR WITH ONLY 13,000 MILES ON IT AND NOT HAVE PERFECT USE OF MY RADIO AND NAVIGATION SYSTEM THAT I PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR. I WANT TO HAVE SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME FROM CORPORATE AND I FEEL MY VEHICLE SHOULD BE REPLACED DUE TO THE FACT THAT THIS IS A NEW VEHICLE AND IF I CANT GET FIXED IN RESONABLE TIME I SHOULD BE GIVEN THE OPTION OF SOMETHING NEW. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND READY TO MAKE A COMPLAINT TO WHO EVER I NEED TO REGARDING THIS MATTER. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR AN INDEFINTE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THEIR VEHICLE TO WORK ESPECIALLY A BRAND NEW ONE.

SOMETHING NEEDS TO BEEN DONE REGARDING THIS MATTER.
