Radio has not worked since July 23 2024 replaced radio, still does not work

I Called the service Dept the day after I purchased the vehicle, a service writer came out and checked the radio and took the vehicle in the shop. Hours later they brought the vehicle back out and said it needed a new radio. Months later I was called to bring the vehicle back in, the vehicle was in the shop for hours , they gave me the vehicle back with a working Radio... The Next morning I went out to go to the store, started the vehicle turned on the Radio , and the radio did not work ,,, No Volume. I called the service Dept. and was told to bring the vehicle back. This time the Service Manager came out checked out the radio and proved to himself that the radio did not work. and said I don't know what is wrong with it, It cannot be Fixed.

I called Mitsubishi Motors, Spoke to Bernadette Told her what was going on she said she will call me right back, well Here Is my belief, Bernadette Is the biggest Liar I have ever dealt with in my life. she never does what she said she will do , she lies to me whenever she calls me which is very rare, she says that they are working for a fix for the radio,,, she has been telling me this since July 23 2024. Today is April 9th 2025, I have been riding in my vehicle for 9 months with no radio., and Bernadette tells me there working on it,,.She told me Today in the morning That she needs to speak to someone and will call me back in a few minutes That was 10AM,Still not have not heard from her. It is My Opinion that Bernadette is not a good representative for Mitsubishi a company that Holds respect from there customers, Bernadette is darkening Mitsubishi Reputation..

Update from Apr 16, 2025: Today Is April 16 th and my Radio still does not work This is been going on since July of 2024,,, Bernadette from Mitsubishi Headquarters calls me once in a while , and all she does is Lie to me , Bernadette called me April 4th and told me she needed to speak to someone that will take my vehicle back, and said she will call me back that afternoon, well That never happened she never called , thats what she does ever since I filed the complaint with Mitsubishi.. It has been 9 months , and I am still driving this vehicle with a Radio that does not work. Is there any company or someone that can help me with this vehicle problem.

I cannot even trade it in with the radio not working. HELP PLEASE.
