Outlander Sport

I totaled my Outlander by hitting someone from behind. The airbags did not deploy. I have back, neck and head injuries. This is possibly due to a computer error. I have had problems with the car starting (takes 6 tries), the engine getting stuck at 3RPM and it could be possible all of these things are due to computer failure, as none of them were producing a code for the technicians to work on. Maybe the breaks didn't work either?! Not happy with Mitu's service either. I videoed the non-start and all they kept saying was there "were no codes". SERIOUSLY??!! This was a brand new car!
