I got in my car one day and noticed the lights came on as soon as I cranked the vehicle. I don't have an auto feature and the lights were still in the off position. I started to pull out of the parking spot and realized my turn signals were no longer waiting. I live in a high traffic city so no turn signals is a serious problem. This was consistent problem for a few days, then all of a sudden it switched to randomly doing this. When I get in the car I never know if it will be working properly. I took the car for service at the Mitsubishi dealer (it is under warranty), but due to it being a random issue and the lights and car were working properly they don't me they couldn't fix it because they did not know what is wrong. I honestly believe they did nothing but crank my car and said it's working, then parked it for a while. I am incredibly frustrated!!! I have almost been hit several times, despite my using hand signals (which no one knows anymore), but more importantly I am concerned this is a symptom of a larger problem. The last thing I want is to be driving and get injured. If anyone has suggestions on this issue, please share. I reported a possible switch malfunction since the turn signal and light are on the same lever, but apparently all went ignored.
