Received recall documentation in August 2020, called to get information (spoke to amber). Told to call and make an appointment to get the recall taken care of. Called and got an appointment for September 26, 2020 at 8am at 165 Lincoln highway, fairless hills pa 19030. On September 25, I receive a call that they ran out of the recall parts and have to cancel my appointment, they will call when they're back in stock. I called in November, December and just last week to find out they still haven't received any of the front cross members to replace them (and she said there are several people still waiting). In my recall letter it states " a detached front control arm can result in loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash"
