The contact owns a 2006 Mitsubishi Raider. While driving approximately 10 mph, when the turn signal was engaged for either side, it only illuminated for the passenger side. In addition, the contact stated that when the hazard lights were engaged, the passenger side light failed to operate. Also, the contact stated that the windshield wipers failed to operate intermittently without warning. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and stated that the VIN was not included in NHTSA campaign number: 06V039000 (visibility). The failure mileage was 14,000.
