Raider 8-cyl

  • 115,000 miles
For the last 2 years this vehicle has had rust issues, the whole thing is rusting through. Underneath, bumper, tow hooks, the parts underneath the truck. I was blown off by mitshubishi when I complained. They told me this was my issue to due I lived in Maine. Seriously, this truck was taken care of and I have been the only owner, and it's a 2006 and I bought it brand new March of 2007 make it 5 years old! also the brakes never hold on it, I have just had all of the pads replaced again, rotors, ball joints, control arms, the truck still wont stop and sways and drifts around corners. It is very dangerous. And there is always something wrong with the front end of this truck.

Raider

  • 90,000 miles
The contact owns a 2006 Mitsubishi Raider. The contact stated that while driving 40 mph, she attempted to decelerate but the brakes failed and the cruise control function erroneously engaged. The contact continued to apply the brakes and as the brake pedal abnormally traveled to the floorboard, the vehicle finally came to a stop. In addition, the transmission failed. The vehicle was taken to a dealer for inspection where they advised the contact that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle brakes. The contact was advised by the dealer that the transmission needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 90,000.
