The contact owns a 2005 Nissan 350Z. When depressing the brake pedal his foot accidentally engaged the accelerator pedal, which caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle. The contact was wearing boat shoes. There was a design flaw with the brake pedal and accelerator pedal. The current mileage was 7200.
