The consumer was unable to put fuel into his 2005 Nissan 350 Z. the pump would shut off as soon as the trigger was pulled. The dealer replaced the fuel filler tube. Nissan denied a defect. The consumer also experienced sudden acceleration issues, in fact one incident occurred while pulling into a parking lot. This was a low speed collision and the damage was minor.
