Car would not start-left me stranded--a single female in an unknown area-called Nissan they could not help! dealer indicates is a wheel locking module that they know has failed-recalled in cars up to 2009- the headlight ballast is also a failed product leaving you with a flickering or no headlight-car has less than 55000 miles

The headlights have extensive fogging on the lens and the headlight ballast over heats and shuts off the headlight. The repair is to replace the ballast--if you do not, it creates extra stress on the headlight and could end up being well over a $1000 repair--dealer quoted $795 to replace ballast--this is a complaint of many owners-

Large amounts of condensation in headlight caused hid headlight to fail. This seems to be a problem in Nissan vehicles. Hid headlights should not fail due to moisture intruding into the headlight assembly. Moisture in the assembly will eventually impact the entire electrical system of the vehicle. The bulb has failed.drops of water form in the head light assembly. Headlights should not fail due to moisture intrusion caused by a defect. It is a law in most states that lights should be on during inclement weather.
