The contact owns a 2013 Nissan 370Z. The contact experienced issues starting the vehicle while depressing the engine start button. A warning indicator illuminated on the key, which meant an intelligent key system or electrical steering lock system malfunction per the owner's manual. The failure occurred on more than one occasion. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The failure mileage and VIN were unknown.
