problem #1

Almera 1.2L

Well, the problem started before the date I mentioned, but I can not remember the date. Another problem is that the dealer always states the problem on their repair form, which I have to give back when I get the car back. On the invoices is no note because the complaint was taken care (which way ever) without charging costs. But now, I complain again and all of a sudden the dealer said it is a big problem and the cvt will have to be changed. The costs are said to be $3,789 US. I was totally shocked but the dealer said they can't do anything and I shall call the Nissan HQ in Bangkok.

Update from Mar 18, 2019: I have spoken with Nissan in Bangkok and referred to the drastic warranty extension in the US but their cool response was "the car is out of the warranty and we are in Thailand and not the US". That is how they take care of their customers over here. I got my lesson and surely will neither recommend nor buy any other Nissan.
