The contact owns a 2001 Nissan Altima. While driving approximately 55 mph, the windshield wiper on the driver side stopped working due to the linkage breaking off. The contact replaced it and it broke again during a snow storm. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer or repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 115,000.

The contact owns a 2001 Nissan Altima. The contact received a warranty letter from the manufacturer, which stated that they would extend the warranty for the window regulators for consumers in the "hot" states. She called the dealer and was informed that the warranty expired. The dealer further stated that Pennsylvania was not a hot weather state. The contact noticed that her window regulators fractured and caused the windows to fail. The manufacturer stated that they would only assume responsibility for two of the regulators. The VIN was unknown. The failure mileage was 50,000 and current mileage was 68,000.
