Altima 2.5 S 6 Cy

I had a service engine light on and i took my vehicle to a local dealer to see why the light was on. It was determined the the CRM sensor was out on my vehicle and i was advised there was a recall on that particular sensor on my vehicle. I scheduled an appointment to take my vehicle in on June 15th to fix the issue. When i arrived the service advisor Chris at the Don Davis Nissan dealership here in Arlington,TX advised me that they could not fix the recall part because my service engine light was on and they wanted to charge me another $100.00 to run a diagnostic test to see why the service engine light was on which i had already determined that. I did get a oil change with him and additional coolant added to my vehicle. I then took my vehicle to the original mechanic that had advised me what the issue was and he repaired it. I then called the dealership back and spoke with a service manager named Thomas. He advised me that the only recall on my vehicle was to reprogram the computer. I then advised him that the CRM was out and per what i have researched my vehicle was shutting off while i was dricing and that is the part that was recalled. He then referred me to another shop manager named Jose. Jose basically said the same thing however he said there was a recall on sensors just not on the specific sensor that needed to be repaired on my vehicle. As i advised Jose and Thomas i am not asking for my money to be refunded but if they would be willing to fix something else on the car equal to the amount that i paid then that would be fair to me. They have declined so i simply advised them that i would escalate this because as a customer i do not feel that i am being treated fairly at all.
