I bought this car new. Nissan scratched the hood the first day we bought the car. Two days after we bought the car the was making noise from the front end. It was a metal on metal noise. We brought the car in and Nissian denied us service. The told us they were short handed and half their service department was fired because of a drug test. The noise continued and we brought the car in again and we were denied again because of the same reason and it was Monday. The third time we went and they took the car and said it would not be looked at until the next day. My husband asked for a rental and they did not want to give us the rental. They said this is not one of their services they offer. We received the rental, and we received a phone call that evening saying our car was ready and they did not find anything wrong with the car. I have a paper showing that nothing was wrong with the car and no noise was found. Our salesman also heard the noise when he was in the car with my husband and he told him that was a kink and it will wear itself out. New cars should not make any noise at all. The noise continued and my husband took the car to his work he is a mechanic for Firestone. Another mechanic looked at the car and as soon as they put the car on the rack they found that both the control arm bolts and the engine bolts were loose and about to fall off. They had the problem solved within 10 seconds. Nissian signed off twice saying that our car was safe and no problems were found! Nissian put my family's life in danger and their motto is SAFETY AND SATISFACTION!! i AM NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER AND MY FAMILY'S LIFE WAS IN THEIR HANDS. I went to Nissian and asked them to switch out the car and give me one from the factory that was safe and reliable and they agreed and then told me that my payments would go up. I was being screwed once again for their mistake. My family and I should not have to suffer for their mistake. I do not want to drive the car because of saftey reasons. The mechanics at Firestone told me that since everything was shaking around for so long there is no guarantees that something else could be wrong with the car. Why should I pay for a car that is not safe and reliable for my family. I am now taking my problem to the Nissan representatives and hopefully they will be able to help my family. If not I will be contacting a lawyer and getting what I deserve for my family's suffering.
