Altima SE Coupe 3.5L V6

The driver side window makes a loud squeaking sound when it finishes lowering or raising itself. They replaced the little motor in the door for the window but the sound came back. I told them it was not the motor but it is the rails that the window slides on. The rails needs to be adjusted but they did not listen.
