This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Nissan dealer.
Brand new car leased from dealer. The next day I realized steering wheel was highly off center.
Local dealer around the corner from work, Nissan of White Plains, service manager told me to “Bring it back where I brought it from.†Where I bought it was 40minutes away and very inconvenient to drop off / leave / take off from work.
I called Consumer Affairs, who really did not care at all, but they confirmed that, Nissan of White Plains, would have been paid under warranty to align the steering and should not have turned me away.
The solution was to drive around with a brand new car for 3-4months with a highly off center steering wheel …. And bring it “Where I bought it from†when I got my first oil change. I will never go back to Nissan of White Plains either, they lost me as a customer for service the next three years.

From the factory the car was out of aligment and steering column off center. Pulls to the left. Took back to dealer several times and claim nothing wrong. It's aligned. Took to 2 other dealers and they say it's fine. I've had to have it aligned 3 times now and the steering column is always off center. There is something wrong with this car's alignment. I have had one thing after another wrong with this car. I would sell it but can't find anything that has good reviews that I like.I will never buy another nissan. Have had problems starting but so far it will start after trying several ttimes.
