This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Nissan dealer.
3rd time in the year that I have owned this car that the blower for the AC/heat did not work. They have replaced my blower motor twice. This time it was only a fuse.

Second time in less then owning the car 6 months that the fan for the heat did not work. Replaced the blower motor again! Chicago winters are not the time for your heater not to work!

Turned on the fan for the heat and nothing happened. Took to dealer and was told probably a fuse. Was not, so they kept the vehicle and ended up replacing the blower motor.

Nissan Altimas, at least the 2013, have a design flaw that allows large leaves and debris to fall into the airbox and obstruct the blower fan. If the fan is obstructed, you may hear a noise. Pull out the glove box (8 screws), pull out the fan (3 screws), clean it out. Check your fuses, because one or both may have blown.
That is best case. In my case, the stalled motor seems to have burned out something in the automatic heater control system. I have replaced the fuses and the fan, but the fan speed is now erratic... up, down, on, off... random. Of course, the car is out of warranty.
The dealer service center was less than helpful. $60 to clean out some leaves and give a jaunty wave out the door as I exit with a non-functioning heater system.
Not a Nissan fan, at the moment.
