Well I have brought my vehicle in for at least 12 different problems i have been experiencing. This one is that my heated steering wheel does not get hot like it used too, and the part that does is only at the 12 o'clock position. I brought it in and all they tell me is that they can not duplicate the problem and say they tested it with another new vehicle and it operates the same. Why does that matter in my opinion they are showing me that nissan made a bigger mistake then just my vehicle. There is something wrong and i will not back done from this. Nissan needs to fix their problems. if its snowing outside and only the top of my steering wheel heats up and just barley lukewarm then something is wrong. I know the first month i owned this vehicle it was a lot hotter and it covered more area, and both time is was in the shop I had loaner cars one a 2011 armada, and the other 2011 maxima(which the horn didn't even work) and in both of those vehicles their steering wheels got very warm like mine used too. so there is a problem.
