The contact owns a 2014 Nissan Altima. While driving 10 mph, the trunk of the vehicle opened without warning. The contact stated that the trunk locked on its own on more than one occasion, and could not be opened. The vehicle was taken to massapequa Nissan in amityville, New York, but the dealer could not duplicate the failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and provided case number: 248-072-49.
