Brought my car in to get the transmission looked at. After a long headache I settle on getting my car fixed (transmission failure) with some assistance from Nissan. During repairs I was told it would be a week, maybe two due to the holidays. After two weeks I call asking for info on my car and was told that Nissan and the person working on my car are going back and forth and could not give me an answer as to what is happening with my car. A week later I get a phone call explaining that they never started repairs and that my fuel pump broke trying to recreate the transmission problems. They stuck me with the bill and gave me an initial quote of $1400 for the pump. Called Nissan for assistance and was told they were only willing to cover 50% from Nissan and no assistance from the dealer.
Due to their being no prior problems with the pump, a horrible lack of communication, and the fact that the dealership had my car for over three weeks with no progress made, I feel that Nissan is responsible for replacement costs in full.
